Hi! I’m Katie, the author of The Rainbowtarian Way and the founder of Rainbowtarian. I’m passionate about wellness and making the most of life, and helping you do the same.

I created Rainbowtarian because I know what it’s like to juggle life’s demands whilst trying to prioritise happiness, wellbeing, and living a fulfilling life. I’ve also faced some of life’s toughest moments head-on and discovered how to thrive through them.

I’ve combined my personal experiences with expert insight to bring Rainbowtarian to life. Backed by a team of well-being professionals - including nutritionists, coaches, psychologists, creatives, fitness trainers and doctors - I’ve developed a holistic approach to wellness that empowers you to live modern life, better.
